Current New Homes Topic: New home builders are offering amazing incentives on standing inventory of new homes. Las Vegas, NV, New home builders can't stand to have standing inventory of new homes and they would almost rather give them away as to have sit empty. Most of the time builders have homes sold months before they are every completed. Occasionally however, due to overbuilding or buyers that could not fulfill their contract, builders end up with completed homes that have not been sold. Generally builder, just like average home buyers, have to finance the homes they build. Once the home is completed that "construction" financing is usually converted to regular financing and regular monthly mortgage payments.
